For more than 45 years, the Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills, CA has been an icon for where every man wants to go. Unfortunately, for most of us that dream has never and will never come true. The Playboy Mansion is on the verge of being sold to his neighbor, Daren Metropolous, owner of Hostess. The 20,000 sq. ft house will be sold for around $100 Million, almost half of what it was first said to be sold for.
One of the strangest demands by the former owner, Hugh Hefner is that he gets to continue to live in the mansion. It’s a bold move by Hef, and it is obviously a good thing for him, since it’s the only home he has lived in for almost five decades. Will the parties continue is the ultimate question?
Hefner bought the 5 acre lot for $1 million back in 1971 and was valued at $54 million back in 2011.
