We all knew it was coming, but videos by Marvel and Robert Downey Jr have confirmed it. Spider-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy have joined Avengers: Infinity War. Marvel posted a video to their Facebook page tonight, while RDJ took to Facebook live to show us.
Tom Holland and Christ Pratt were in both videos, Holland with motion capture dots all over his face. Infinity War is the culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe going back to 2008 when Iron Man first began. Thanos has been the goal for the villain of Avengers: Infinity War since the first Avengers film was in theaters. There is nothing about these videos that have been posted that we do not love. They just started filming Avengers: Infinity Wars back on January 23rd and they will film 2 Avengers movie, back to back and will be doing that for a year.
So far the returning stars are: Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Pratt (Star Lord), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), Chris Evans (Captain America/ Steve Rogers), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk/Bruce Banner), Scarlet Johansson (Black Widow/ Natash Romanov), Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel), Benedict Cumberbatch (Dr. Stephen Strange). There are more coming and we can not freaking wait all of the films coming from Marvel.
